thanks Winterrider, the shed is a new place while i learn to smoke FOOD lol
we love it here on the water . Bought it in 2012 and been making it our own ever sense

Thanks Al for the like and kind words.

This is new for me ( Smoking ) and Mona (wife ) really like the ribs, she went back for seconds. She was nervous about what the flavor would be like . As she was a little scared it would all taste the same as the pork loins i did for the first smoke ( i used a cider vinegar brine )She now realizes that the flavor is what you make it each time.

Hi Mike thanks, nice to have the shed to keep me and the smoker out of the weather....
Great looking food. And the Dutch Door looks super and makes it easy to "serve" out of in the summer.
But I'm not seeing any exhaust there? Don't you at least need some soffett vents to let the smoke out? A MES doesn't have a huge exhaust but surely you can't stay in there more than an half hour at a time as it is, can you?
