So, after a couple months of waiting, last week my new pellet smoker arrived! Sadly, the Seemi that delivered it couldn't come down my dirt road. But I would NOT be defeated with the glee I was feeling, So I had him drop it at the end of the road, and I uncrated it there and rolled it to my house! (Of course, it had to be a bright, sunny, hot Florida day! lol) SO once I got that beast home, then rested and recovered for a bit, I did my initial burn in. A few days ago I had a day off, so I was able to fire it up and do some cooking! I put a couple slabs of St. Louis cut ribs on, and then later added some chicken breasts as well! Even with the pellets I have currently (just some I got from my local Ace Hardware) I was VERY impressed with the amount of smoke this thing puts off! It is a world of difference from my old Pit Boss. I'll include the pictures and videos, as I documented what I could. I remember when posting about me ordering it and being excited, I was told to take pictures and vids! So, I hope to be posting more in the future :)

Also, Thank you all for being so welcoming on that first post. It really made the nerves I had about posting melt away!
If you have any questions about things, Feel free to ask, and I am ALWAYS looking for new tips and tricks! <3

(Also, seems I can't upload the clips. Or I just don't know how. But I said some bad words in them out of excitement, so maybe it is for the best. haha)

Congratulations, looks great. Also just fyi, LSG also sells wood chips that they recommend mixing with your pellets for more smoke flavor. I don’t know if they make a difference or not but I have considered buying some to run through my Yoder 640.

Enjoy your new grill and thanks for the pics.

Ribs are lookin' great! Congrats on the new smoker, excited for you!

Ribs look scrumptious...

Do you wrap or go nekkid all the way ??
I almost always wrap them once they get the color I am looking for. Wrap em up with a little seasoning, brown sugar, and butter. Then once I see a nice bone pull, Ill toss em back on to tack up then serve!
