Damn ! Where's Robin Leach ?
That's awesome bud . Really came out nice . Well thought out .
Thanks!

Very nice Steve! Heck, if I was retired I'd make a road trip and we could break our new fishing reels in! Plus, that cute dog of yours is probably needing more attention!

Ryan
Lol! I still haven't gotten out yet!

Younger folks here will have to look that up...😄
The rich and shameless!

Steve... I don't guess you will be going to a different campground anytime soon... I'm surprised they let you do all that construction on their campsite...
This campground relies heavily on permanent seasonal campers. Around 1100 of the sites are seasonal. As long as you use an approved contractor. You can do numerous upgrades to your site. Next year. We're enlarging the pad with stamped concrete.

About 3 minutes by golf cart!

Waterside campsites around here in MN rely heavily on permanent seasonal usage campers, too.

Probably the last upgrade for the season.

Contractor installed skirting on patio side of camper. I'm hoping to put in the rest of the railing this weekend. One gate is delayed until Saturday. So that'll wait. I'm putting in a double gate in the front. One single on the side (already done). And a single at the back.

Man... That's all looking great.. will be a nice hang out spot...

For me tho... I'm not one to be tied up in the same spot... The purpose of having a camper is to go to different places... If I want to stay in the same spot full time I'm thinking a small house/cabin/cottage ...

Each There Own ...

We went this route because we liked the campground. But they don't allow actual cottages on them This was also cheaper. When we bought the fifth wheel we knew we wouldn't move soon. Or maybe at all.
Since there are no payments on what we did. Other than the yearly lease. It costs us about 25.00 a day to camp during the 6 months. We love our class A. But for long term use. It would be a bit small. Especially now with the dog.

and how much would a small house right on the lake cost? Probably a bunch more than you spent already?

Two times the cost easy. Before we went this route. We looked at a couple. They start at 250,000.00 Then taxes, water, sewer, etc.
