Hello, I thought I would show you the rig I have for my MES smoker. I purchased a used food service cart at an auction for $12. I’ve lowered the top shelf to about 6 inches over the bottom shelf. This cart provides storage for the wood chips and aluminum drip pans, and allows me to easily move my smoker in and out of the garage.

Yeah looks good . Saw one guy on here that cut a shelf down and used it as a side shelf .

Looks good. My cart is very similar to yours. Makes things much easier.

Looks Great, Goaly!!
Still a little low for me, but anything's better than on the floor.
Nice Job,

Bear

Here is my setup. I took the legs from an old office chair and mounted them to the bottom of the smoker. Works great.
