Have changed jobs now. I left DoC and work for Sheriffs Dept. Alot better, after a chat we had at work they want me to smoke some meats including a whole hog.   Piney it's great to be back.

The meat looks really good but the smoker looks like it has seen alot of uses for sure.

yeh it has. I didnt have mine so had to make do with what the father in law had. We are planning to build a smokehouse this summer somtime
