I hear ya Mike . I'm so broke down these days , I can't do much anyway . Knock on wood , nothing that serious for me so far .

What's the first cook plan ? After you run it dry of course . I did a startup and shut with mine before I cooked anything . Follow the directions .

Go big or go home. To be honest thats cheating there. You should have started with a cheapo one to go thru the stuggles most pellet pooper owners experience. NOOOOOOO!!!! you said to heck with it im going with the big boy. LOL.

Great choice on cookers. Their PID is very nice and will get you great results. Ill be waiting for the invite.

Congrats bud.

Awesome. Hope you enjoy it. Have a Pit Boss tabletop - I think they call it the tailgater or something now- and it has been great to smoke with. Have heard people say pellet smokers don’t produce enough smoke flavor but I think they do lol.

Some pointers. Follow the directions on keeping the pellet system clean. Pellets do not like moisture.
Do not stock up on any one brand and type of pellets. Try as many as you can find of brands and blends.
Shiny looking, dark in color pellets are a good sign. Stay away from smoke tubes.

First smoke, I suggest a chuck roast.

Nice looking rig Mike. Like others mentioned above. That thing is HUGE.

Enjoy it, and I'm looking forward to seeing it in action.

Thx chop. After 62yrs, 3 heart attacks and 6 stents, I'm all about lazy now. :emoji_sunglasses:

Haven't thought about that yet. But I better start thinking about it.
So I'm guessing a big old fattie is out of the question.
