Hi guy's n gals ....I am breakin in the ole Q bottle right now as I type with it's first load....3 racks of sides ,a 3 # boneless cross rib roast, a 1 # and a 2 # fattys and 24 abt's ....

I loaded 1 chimney of unlit lump and another of lit on top ....added a chunk of apple and away it went ....staying between 200 and 230 with no problems what so ever ,,,so far very easy to control the temp ....2 hrs in I added 2 handfuls of unlit lump and another chunk of apple ....temp still at 225

...for those who haven't seen it I am including a pic....will post the q-view after it's done ....I am gonna need a name for it ....any suggestions ????? all appreciated.....

Interesting unit you have there T-bone. Kinda looks robotish-how about Roboque for a name? Or if you're into "Star Wars" there is R2Dque!
