You will love it. I love mine, and wonder what I ever did without one. I think it's best for bbq leftovers. No more foil. Seal your meats, then reheat to perfection by simmering in a water bath for 15 minutes!
 
Go to your local store and buy whatever meat is on sale, break it down and have fun!
 
Yea smokinal i didn’t spring for the bigger model but I’m sure this one will work great for me. Butchering 2 hogs in 2 weeks. Then we’ll give it a work out. Did a few test runs on stuff I had on hand
