I like the lid design, looks great !!!

How did liner removal go on yours? I need to get after removing mine soon.....
 
Let me know how she runs, I did the same lid thing and mine likes to run hot with the bottom valves all off. To control it during testing I had to shut down the exhaust vent.  The only thing I could come up with was that maybe the gaps around the lid acted more as an intake than an outlet for air.  My third attempt at finding a gasket that works looks promising.  I'll test er out later.

I like where you put your lid handles, I went with the sides on mine and not sure I like it that much.

I have seen that lid design before and that guy made a rib-annotator. or something like that. One of those 3-4 racks that hook to an roisterer motor and it rotates the racks full of ribs.
