My first turkey breast today.

    I smoked my first turkey breast today on my mes-30. 250 degrees for appx. 5 hours. Pulled at 160. Skin was not edible but meat sure was good. Also threw in a couple of pork tenderloins. Smoked for about 2 hours and pulled at 165.

       Me either!

    I like to bump the temp to 300º- 325º for my turkeys, to crisp the skin

    You can crisp the skin on a hot grill too!
