I've included some pictures of my first smoke. It was a rather small chicken that didn't cost me too much money, $3.00 to be exact. I figured it was a good thing to start out with. I was really happy with the results. Great smoke taste. Could have been a little juicier, but it was still edible. I think a pork butt will be next.
 
sure does look good... did you brine the chicken before smoking ?? if not.. next time do a brine on it.. you will be able to squeeze moisture out of the white meat after smoking it.. if you brine...
 
That's a great idea. I usually brine my turkey for Thanksgiving. Next time I will try the brine. Thanks
