Let me know what you think. Used a heavily modded ECB. The flavor was great and my in-laws from Alabama agreed.

That's a great looking bird!  Congrats on your first one.  How was it, it looks tasty?  Did you brine?
 
I unfortunately didn't get the chance to brine. The in-laws brought the bird and I barely had enough time to smoke it. I did inject it with the Cajun Injections Rosemary/Basil injector. The flavor was great, not too much smoke, very moist, and a good blend of the injection and natural fat flavor. I will definitely try the brine next time. Now let's see how good the leftovers are...
