My First Smoke

Did my very fist smoke today. I did a butt and ribs. Very yummy but the ribs where a little dry

I think I let them on too long while waiting for the butt to finish, but they were still very yummy!!
Made a very good cole slaw too with miracle whip not mayonnaise!
