That Stainless Grinder looks great my KA grinder was plastic it has a crack in the housing

Hehe, mine's had a crack in the housing next to the drive bushing - been that way for 20 years now and still working :)
 
I think many of us started out using a KA to stuff. It works fine but it's tedious. I helped a friend make sausage who had a piston stuffer and I ordered one the next day. They're much easier to operate solo and you can stuff 5lbs in less than 5 minutes.
 
Great looking sausage, And for your first that is out of the park, Always a favorite of ours. Like!!!
We do larger batches and usually stuff a half dozen or so 1lb burger bags so we can use it in pastas and now for fatties.

The loose meat in burger bags is a great idea.
