My first pulled pork

A sirloin end roast smoked with apple & cherry. Pulled @ 200°. Resting now. Looks good to me

Looks tasty,hope it's not dry. The sirloin cut doesn't have the Fat a butt does a finishing sauce or BBQ sauce maybe helpful if not already planned. Sirloin roasts are better in my experience sliced and cooked to an IT that you would your pork chops or loin.
