I don't use any heat to cold smoke. Just use the pellet tray or tube.

Thnx bear, wll try on next postI've done it both ways.
I would say Until you've done it a few times, it's easier to put the pics in & get your spacing right.
Then you can drop your text (Captions) into where you want them.

I have the AMTS and used it just b4 Easter to make lox,but had to use cold smoke attachment w/amts to get proper smoke flo, does the tube produce better smokeI don't use any heat to cold smoke. Just use the pellet tray or tube.

thnx bear.thawing out pork belly tday, only way I could find it was frozen,but small enough to get me started,only previous attempt was buck board bacon.I've done it both ways.

Don't have one anymore,big box stores took over,if its not in meat case that's it or special order for big prices.I miss the little guys.Mrs Bear never sees any Belly at our stores.
I always get mine from a small country butcher.
He orders an extra one for me when I ask him.
