Looking good. This may be your first but I doubt it will be your last! Keep cooking and trying different things.  Ours is wonderful with a little smoked cheddar/jack, grilled onions and more bacon!

Onions, green and red peppers, mushrooms, hard boiled eggs, pepper jack and cheddar cheeses​ for the breakfast sausage one.

Onions, green and red peppers, mushrooms, potatoes, pepper jack and Swiss cheeses on the other two.
