got smoker ready for tomorrow for my first smoke.. got brisket ready to go... just need to get my spices ready and my slop all stirred up.. hopefully not to much rain... would of liked a little sun shine..... will post pictures tomorrow.

haha yes yes it is... two ceramic flower pots.. which so far I'm impressed cause when I change the wood chips it only drops 15-20 degrees, then I throw the cover back on and instantly it raises back to 200 degrees. it holds the heat very well.. I'm about 1.5 hr into it..
 
I'm using a electric hot plate. I took it apart pulled the burner off and installed it in the bottom of the pot ran high temp wire to the hot plate case which is next to the smoker, if you look closely you can see it in the picture,. and it's a 1000watt hot plate.. that is adjustable.. and yes I will post some pictures of the inside of it.. after I get done smoking
