It was a little bit on the dry side but other than that it was tasty. I used basic rub of onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, brown sugar, salt and pepper. It was a little peppery so will use less of that next time. My husband requested it for fathers day and said it was great (although a little dry)

Looks good from here next time you may want to try cutting against the grain it will make it a little more fall apart in your mouth.
