New smoker only makes me want to smoke more and more and more. Well, yesterday was pork so today had to be beef, no time for a brisket so I figured Id try beef ribs for the first time. Just some lawrys and some garlic powder.

William, those look wonderful, nice smoke ring too!

I did not see any tropical flare on the side..

oh man those look great, details. Rub? Marinade? Method? Details.
I love the the beefies, if you get the chance search mojo, Flash posted a thred on beefies marinated in mojo. Trust me it is great.
Again good job on the beef ribs

Oh yea Lawdog, I read that post and others. Didnt feel I had enough time for a marinade. My sons sitting here eating them saying he dont taste any flavor. Next time I will do the Mojo. I taste flavor though, the smoke is intense and I happen to appreciate the ultra beefy flavor of ribs. But they could use at least a 2 hour rendevous with some fresh garlic.

Nice job on the ribs
