What's up y'all, thought I would share my first smoking attempt. Picked up an 8lb pork butt and smoked it with the Slow n' Sear on my 22'' kettle. I used hickory for the smoke, and ended up cooking for about 14 hours to a final temp of 199-200F. It was delicious, let me know what you guys think. Any tips and advice is greatly appreciated!

Looks really good, did you have to refill the SnS?

Point for sure

Looks great, do your self a favor, if you love it as much as I do buy a shredder that you connect to a drill, it works great and in just a few minutes your done and its easier to portion sandwiches out imo. Less than $20 invested

I’m going to be doing this again so I’ll buy one of those for sure. Thanks for the tip!
