I didn't put it up here at first cause I couldn't find the authors name to give him/her the credit. (I have started including the persons name on my list of recipes just for that reason).

1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
1/2 tbs onion powder
1/2 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs bbq rub ( i used cajun)
all wrapped in bacon then I sprinkled some more cajun rub on them at the beginning of the smoke.

My heat hovered around 250. I had them on for about 1 1/2 hours.
