Definitely towel and cooler!
What they said.A towel in a cold microwave or oven works as well...If you get an injector try injecting the foil juices and let butt rest with that in it a few hours......talk about turning it up a notch.

Always let it rest before you do anything with it or you'll have a dirt dry hunk of meat on your hands and then they won't even make a good sammies.
