Ended up with a couple rotisserie chickens to add to the pork.

Really amazed at how much 12 lbs of shoulder cooked down to.

Sounds like I will be doing about 15 racks of ribs in the rain this weekend. I have a pop up shelter and a 9ft umbrella I use. I live in northern Mn so if I don't smoke in the rain or the snow I won't be smoking much!
