This is my fourth ever brisket, and the first one on my recently acquired Primo Kamado. I'd have to give myself a 9 out of 10. The only thing I wish I had done differently would be to rearrange how I had my wood chunks laid around in the charcoal. Out of 6 large cherry chunks only 1.5 got burnt up. I didn't expect the Kamado to run so efficiently as to not reach all the other chunks I had spread around the firebox over the course of the 13 hour smoke at 220 degrees.
