I started out with a decent rub from food network years ago , and this is what is morphed into

1ts salt

1ts Pepper

1ts garlic salt

1ts paprika

1ts chilli powder

1ts garlic powder

.5 ts dried thyme

.5 ts dried oregano

4 TBS brown Sugar

feel free to ADD some hot stuff too , this is just a foundation to build on

take it, try , tell me what you think ! especially if you found something make it even better!

Thanks

Good rub! I changed a couple of things for my taste......no garlic salt (gotta be mindful of salt), replaced it with onion powder and added a 1/2 tsp hot pepper.

This rub was real good on some chicken thighs.

Thanks for sharing!!
