Mountain Oysters are what the Ranch Hands have for lunch after a morning of Bull Calf Castration. Peeled, sliced, breaded and fried crisp...Mmm Mmm good, needs Hot Sauce though...JJ

Called Prairie Oysters here in Australia, cut out and tossed on the branding iron fire coals and flamed grilled. Yum, Yum, Yum.
