I started this just over a week ago. I would say time to pick. Not sure what to use for but may just saute in butter and garlic. Now I have to figure out how to start again?

I got the mushrooms cooked up today and wow where these good. The texture and flavor where so good. Never had any like these. I think they some kind of oyster.
