thank you driedstick. i was very happy for my first smoke on the new build. i read your bloody Mary stick post. I'm wanting to do beef or? sticks in the future. not sure how well the UDS will work on them. i do have the AMNPS and the divorced box for it. so i know i can cold smoke. i will have to play with the heat to see how it goes low and slow. I'm thinking line up charcoal kinda like the way the AMNPS works. any suggestions from the UDS crowd?Looks great Mule
