Mule's 6 # Pork loin weave in the MES 40 using the AMNPS with Qview

  1. last night I loaded a butt in the MES at 230°. This morning I laid down a bacon weave. Rubbed the loin real good and put it in with the butt. A couple of hours later I refilled the MES and bumped the temp up to 240°


    ready for the smoker.


    The butt that it is sharing the smoke with.

  13. Thanks Bear. The only way it could have been better is if It had gone straight from the smoker to the table. But since that wasn't a choice, It was still tasty.

    Yes everyone ate like a big hog. That should have been enough meat to feed 3 times as many people. The weather was nice and the pool was hopping. People would get out of the pool and grab a small bite and say I am finished. Then in a little bit they were fixing another plate.
