Mortadella Diablo

Just pulled some mortadella that was done in another of the spice-lined casings from Walton's. This one was the Diablo seasoning, and disappointingly doesn't live up to the name at all -- it has good pepper flavor, but there's no heat at all. Still, it makes a great sandwich.
