Well yes, and no John. It was originally a boys name, check it out. And it's all just a joke anyway, that's why it's posted in "Jokes". Big fact checker like you should have caught that! RAY

Yep, that's me, the SMF fact checker.
Had to call that one, couple of other *joke* facts are bogus too, but I'm not a Nazi about it.... Yet.
 
Some real funny ones today, Ray. I have a couple of comments to share re: your list.

"5. A female ferret will die if it goes into heat and cannot find a mate."
--Same fact applies to a man.

"20. The phrase "rule of thumb" is derived from an old English law which stated that you couldn't beat your wife with anything wider than your thumb."
--Glad I didn't live back then. My very survival demands that if I beat Miss Linda, I'd sure as hell better use something a whole lot wider than my thumb.

And.......I'm going to print and frame this one and give it to my step-daughter for Christmas.
