Small 300g boule of SD. Going to neighbor with 1dz eggs.

Sourdough is my kryptonite. I’m powerless against it. All those crispy bits look so crazy mouthwatering! That’s an impressive loaf.

Your bread looks amazing, I'd slice it pop a 3'' hole in the center and grill it in butter with a runny egg or two in the hole topped with four or five slices of homemade thick cut bacon.
I love it for breakfast, lunch or supper.
I miss SD bread so much, I'll eat some on my next free for all meal.
