More chicken!

Got the vortex out again for some easy chicken. Kept it basic with just dusting the thighs with Lawrys and a little store bought garlic rub while the grill was getting going. Then threw them on with some apple wood above the vortex

Wife wanted some cheesy bacon potatoes so I started getting those together along with a couple of jalapeño for myself. Just a basic mix of cream cheese and cheddar cheese.

Checked on the chicken. It was starting to get some nice color.

After about another 20 minutes I flipped it over let it cook some then flipped it over again and added the potatoes and peppers.

Pulled it all off and ready to go.

Pretty easy meal and the kids tore the potatoes up which was good. We got fancy with the corn on this one, we just microwaved it haha. Thanks for looking.

Wow that looks amazing. I love chicken thighs. Whenever we do a get together and everyone wants chicken wings I just get thighs and smoke them and roll them in different wing sauces, and tell them I got them from a chicken farm that raises giant chickens.
