More AirFried Boneless Skinless Thighs (YAWYE)
I can’t help Myself, I love these Boneless Skinless Thighs.
I used to hate Chicken without the Skin, but when I make these in my Air Fryer #360, they’re Awesome, and Healthy Too!!
So I did a few things here:
First I Trimmed the Fat off of 8 Thighs, coated them with olive oil, put them in my wire crisper basket, and gave them 35 minutes @ 380°. Also put some of Jeff’s BBQ Sauce on at about 28 minutes in.
Then the first night, I had 2 Thighs & a small pile of Spanish Rice, and some Corn.
Second Night, I sliced up 2 Thighs, heated up some Spanish Rice, and piled it on a plate.
Then after heating up the slices of Thighs, I laid them out on top of the Pile of Spanish Rice.
Then I squirted some more of Jeff’s BBQ Sauce & some Frank’s Red Hot on top.
Then the Third night I sliced up another Thigh, Heated the slices up, and put them on a Steak Roll covered in Kraft Sandwich Spread.
The 4th night I did the same, but this time I used Jeff’s BBQ Sauce & Frank’s Red Hot, instead of Sandwich Spread.
I have to say, as much as I like Sandwich Spread on many things, I like Jeff’s BBQ Sauce with Dark Meat Chicken much better.
That’s about it for this time.
Enjoy the Pics,
