I really can't answer that yet. I haven't done butts since before Christmas and this is the first time I've done them in the brinkmann. Plus the fact that these were monster butts.
Last year when I did pulled pork, I Vacuum Packed my leftovers in a Food Saver bag. Juices and all went into the Bag. threw that in the freezer, and when I wanted to re-heat it I put the whole bag into a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes. Wrapped the bag in a towel for 5 minutes to let the Juices soak back up and it tasted like I had just pulled it.
