Monday Kettle

Wanted some sweet KC style Q on the cheap along with cooking the Italian sausage for sausage and peppers tomorrow

Worked this on the kettle. Good eats, and more to come.

Oh Yeah! It been a few years since I had any really good corn which has not stopped me from eating it. Guess its time for a trip to Michigan. If shipping was not so high I would get my brother to send some.

That's from the local grocer, but we have a bunch of places around here to get very good locally grown sweet corn. I was in Maryland a few weeks ago and saw a sign for silver queen, but just didn't feel like stopping and I wish I had... And that pic is quite out of focus looking at it now
