That should work well..... I noted in another thread about the ammonia odor... Some say "Ammonia comes from dead and decaying bacteria.".... Don't know if that's true.... something to think about if ammonia odor is notices... I think mold 600 is supposed to help with acidification.. Ammonia is basic / "caustic"... with a pH of about 11... Sooooo, if the odor is noticed.... do air changes to help remove it... Just a guess as I don't know squat...
edit... as a side note, ammonia is used to make "pink slime" edible so it can be added to ground beef... or something like that...
