took some ground chuck, fresh mozzerella, bacon, and some rub, and made these. SMoked for about 1.5 hours with some BB ribs, and bbq spaghetti. Very nice side

I'd give them a "7", a nice change up from ABT's. Cant eat too muck smoked meat..

Now those are some great looking moinkers. I guess I'm gonna have to make some you made it look easy and they sound more than yummo.
