Mohegan Sun BBQ festival is this coming weekend. It's a great opportunity to sample some of the best BBQ you will ever have. Myron Mixon will be there on Saturday giving demonstrations on ribs & pork. There is also live music, good time good food!

Going to be Competing there, should be fun doing the Sun KCBS, and SAT peoples choice contests. Anybody want to come help cook a contest? we are a 2 man team and extra hands and new ideas are always welcome. If you've thought of competing but not sure if you want to get that involved, it's a good way to see what it's all about firsthand, We have a large enclosure to sleep in in our chaise lounges !!
