Got some more chicken 1/4 trs on a managers special so made up some wolfe rub original an a garlic brine.

Also found some beef back ribs fer cheap an tossed them on with my rub. They made great snacks.

Beautiful plate of grub Tip, how was the garlic brine?
I have tried a few but the garlic flavor in the finished product has never been what I hoped for.
Thought about buying a bottle of garlic oil and pouring some of that in a brine to see what happens.

Yes sir there tip that food looks great the color is nice and bright brown and the flavor I bet is good too. I too would like to carry on some of the garlic flavor from the brine too. I wonder if that oil will work so make sure you let us know how you fair with it fire. But tip you keep up the good work, looks amasing.
