Hello everyone! I'm new to smoking meat and thought I would join up and learn some tips from the professionals! I live in MS and work for a commercial restaurant supply store... I design restaurants and any custom stainless steel pieces needed and was thinking of designing a custom smoker for myself... I'm open to any suggestions... Good to be here!

Hello and welcome from a rainy East Texas. Man the sky is the limit, look through the smoker build forums, go to some BBQ cook-off's  and talk to as many people as you can, and decide what best fits your needs
