Wife did the MS pot roast the other day. I saved the juices and strained the fat off. Injected some of the juice in the chuckie and poured some in the pan. Seaoned with just a little BP and garlic. Ate it shredded and turned out pretty good. Not a lot of pics, thought it would be a failure. 20220326_134608.jpg

Not crazy long. I worked yesterday morning, came home about 11 and put it on at about 225 for a bit and then wrapped it at 165 and turned it up to about 275. It finished just about 530. I thought it turned out well. Thanks everyone!

Yeah but... we were too busy to eat today. Good problem to have at a small family owned business. (Yup sundays i sell tropical fish and fish tanks). No lunch is kinda a good thing.
