We need to show more sympathy for these people.
* They travel miles in the heat.
* They risk their lives crossing a border.
* They don't get paid enough wages.
* They do jobs that others won't do or are afraid to do.
* They live in crowded conditions among a people who speak a different language.
* They rarely see their families, and they face adversity all day every day.
I'm not talking about illegal Mexicans;[/font]
I'm talking about our troops!

Is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensed pharmacist"

Postscript: It is now, and probably always been, a travesty that our country pays those who
Risk their lives, and give life and limb, for a pittance. When they come home,
The help we give them to restructure their lives, educate, learn a trade, recover from wounds,
Is still only marginally better if better at all, than what we do for the products of slums and *****,
And yes, illegals. Whether our service people are conscripted or volunteers, we owe them more.

a close friend was in iraq....told me about things that scared me to hell.....the u.s.a. needs to do more for the armed forces but convincing bush is probably next to impossible..
