Hey Everyone!
New to smoking (and cooking in general) in the middle of Minnesota. Got a smoker (brinkmann upright gas) around December 2011, been smoking most weekends ever since. I've done mostly butts, loins, ribs, chickens, and turkey. Usually, they come out pretty good. I subscribe to the newsletter, and try to do the recipe each month, changing it up to my (and my family's) tastes. I've encountered some problems along the way though, and do have a lot of questions to put up in here. Hopefully I can learn something, and help out other's, along the way!
