Mini Breast!!

Decided to make a nice breast of chicken tonight for my dinner. Here's how it went.

Out of the mini! The chicken was done with a simple coating of spog and cooked over hickory and apple. It was nice and juicy with a perfect amount of smoke. Thanks for looking.

Yep! Had this breast left over from making chicken noodle soup the other night and it was just me so a mini smoke it was [emoji]128513[/emoji]

I'd smoke a chicken nugget if it meant the difference between smoking or not! That's the nice thing about the mini there's no smoke too small!
