Just got an electric smoker for Christmas, and have already done ribs and salmon. I need to work on my rub, but I followed the directions for the best salmon recipe and they turned out great. Looking to find out more about the whole idea of smoking food. I am also a homebrewer, and may try to smoke grains to use in a batch of rauchbier sometime soon.
