Looks like it'd do the job and it's not that expensive either!

19.95 plus shipping ..

Has to be resharpened, and with out a guide many people not get it right , plus you still need to take along paper towel to clean up the scrapings ..

I will stick with a piece of paper towel and pickling vinegar ( 2% more acid ) .. Cleans the window in a snap , and it is also gentle on the temp probe because you should be cleaning that also .. The probe area would not be scraper friendly ..

Now I have my share of special tools .. so not saying any negative .. Looks like it has lots of uses ( you tube vid link ) so if you have the $ why not .. :-)

Just checked Amazon. They are listed there at $10 apiece but none shown as Prime qualified.

My wife goes to BB&B weekly. I'm gonna ask here to look there. I don't know that I'll use it on the MES window because I can get it clean with Dawn concentrate and few pt's but it looks like it might be handy on the ceramic range top.

Thanks to another member on here who reccomended using clorox wipes to clean the window, I now use those. They are inexpensive and work really well, just wipe it down after every smoke while it's still warm and it cleans up super easy.

I cleaned mine this morning with a little Simple Green on a sponge followed by a paper towel with a little on it. It worked great.

I use a little alcohol and a paper towel, when it's still warm.  Cheap & works like a charm.
