I would check with Masterbuilt.
They treat customers very good. They have the right cord for it & even if they don't "Give" you one, they may sell it to you cheap.

buy a 10 guage 10 ft cord from home depot, cut off female end, solder and heat shrink to your existing cord, fixed in 10 minutes ....

I called Masterbuilt and gave them all my information and they told me that they don’t make replacement cords for the model smoker i have

Sorry for your misfortune. Power cords seem like a simple matter, hard to beleive they (don't make ) cords for that unit. I guess it's because they don't manufacture on site.
Time to go to the hardware store and get a new cord.

I would have fixed it by now and not bothered with even trying to get Masterbuilt to foot the bill.
