I placed an order for the
AMNPS last week and received it Saturday. I had a pork butt in the smoker when it arrived, so I was already comitted to adding chips every so often. Those days are gone now... Can't wait to use it! Looking forward to smoking some cheese.
Question. When cold smoking with the MES, how do you monitor the internal temp of the smoker? I don't have a seperate digital thermometer, so the only way I see is to turn it on, but don't set temp or time on the MES. Will that work or do I need to have a seperate thermometer?
